Warranty Coverage We provide a limited warranty of one (1) year from the date of purchase on all medical brace equipment. This warranty covers manufacturer defects only. It ensures that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions during the warranty period.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper care, or negligence.
  • Modifications or alterations made to the product by anyone other than the manufacturer.
  • Damage due to improper sizing, fitting, or failure to follow the product instructions.
  • Using the product not intended for the product

3. . filing a warranty claim

To file a claim, please contact our customer service team at team@comfyorthopedic.com , providing:

  • Proof of purchase. (order ID)
  • Description and photos of the defect.

    If a product is confirmed defective, we may provide replacement accessories or a replacement unit at no cost. Customers may alternatively request a return for refund, with return shipping at their expense. Refunds are processed after the defective item is received and inspected.

 

4. limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. The warranty is void if the product has been altered or tampered with.

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the product.

Comfyorthopedic reserves the right to decline a claim at it's own discretion.
