Product Exchange and Return Policy Summary


Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 30 days of the purchase date, but:

* The product must meet all return requirements listed in our policy.

* You are responsible for return shipping costs.

* You are also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.


How to Return an Item

1. Contact us within 30 days of purchase (not the delivery date). Include your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Wait for approval. We’ll email you return instructions, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and the correct return address.

3. Reply “Understood” to the return instructions to get the official mailing address.

4. Do not send returns without approval. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.

5. We only accept returns for items purchased directly from Comfyorthopedic.com. If you bought from another store or authorized seller, please contact them directly.


Return Policy Highlights

* We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Which is from the purchase date, not the delivery date.

* To qualify for a refund, the product must meet all return conditions listed below.

* Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

* If your order included free shipping at purchase, we will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund once the item is returned. The carrier calculates the actual outbound fees at the order time and are product-dependent.

* Shipping charges are non-refundable.

* Customers must insure the return shipment against damage, loss, theft, or misdelivery.

* We will provide photo proof if the return arrives damaged during shipping. The customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier for reimbursement. Such products will not be reimbursed by comfyorthopedic.


Return Condition Requirements

All returned items must:

* Be in their original packaging

* Be in nearly new and resellable condition


Cleaning Fee

Returns will be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $35 if they contain:

* Pet hair

* Dander

* Other removable debris


Unacceptable Returns

The following returns will not be accepted:

* Products with any alterations or modifications

* Products that have been damaged

* Products with a foul smell, including smoke odor

* Products with visible wear and tear

* Returns made after 30 days from the purchase date


Wrong, Defective, or Damaged Items

If you received the wrong item, or if it is defective or damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include:

* Your order number

* Photos or videos of the issue (if applicable)


Refunds

* Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect your returned item. The whole process from return request to refund takes between 1-3 weeks.

* It may take a few business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.


Return Fees

* A $3.00 return processing fee per item will be applied.

* Items weighing over 20 lbs are subject to a 20% restocking fee (based on the return price).

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Proof of Purchase: Include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at team@comfyorthopedic.com to inform us of your intent to return.
  2. Prepare Shipment: Safely package the items, including all original packaging and accessories.
  3. Shipping: Address shall be provided once your order has been determined to fall within this period.
    Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Notify Klarna: If you used Klarna for payment, log into your Klarna account and report the return to pause your payment schedule.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved Refunds: Processed within 14 days to your original payment method. If you paid via Klarna, they will handle the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at team@comfyorthopedic.com.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, intimate products, and gift cards.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for returned items purchased through Klarna.
