Visit your order status page ( final page displayed after successfully completing the order ) or order confirmation email, and those with an account visit your account page within 45 minutes of placing the order tomodify or cancel your order. 

This includes any information regarding the order itself or the purchased product.

Please note that once orders are already submitted or packed or shipped they cannot be modified or canceled and will revert to starting a return process.

We try and process the information as soon as possible by relaying it to the logistics team system so as to ensure the products get to you in a timely manner to meet the shipping time chosen.
