Comfyorthopedic Shipping Policy

Shipping costs for comfyorthopedic products vary by product due to differences in size and weight. We always do our best to ensure that our shipping process is fair-priced and fast. For shipping prices on specific products, follow the steps below.


How to easily calculate shipping costs on any product:

Step 1: Add the item to your cart.

Step 2: Enter your Country, Province/State & Postal/ZIP Code in the Shipping/mailing address area, and then click "Next".

Step 3.You will get a live, automatically updated shipping cost from our partner carrier, which may be FedEx or UPS, depending on which has the better rate at that time. 

For example: 14.95 for 2.2 Lbs/1 Kg (standard shipping weight for one knee brace), up to $27.37 for USA deliveries.

Is there Free Shipping?

On some occasions, we offer free standard ground shipping to certain destinations/countries after a certain spending threshold.   

If urgency is needed, we advise you to choose a faster shipping method.

How long will my comfyorthopedic product(s) take to arrive in the US?

Orders with standard ground shipping will be delivered within 3-5 business days

 Express shipping is also available and will take 2-3 Business Days for USA orders.

Processing times:

 In 24 hours, Monday - Friday, USA ET. No weekend Processing

USA and Canada: 2 - 10 Business days

Oceania: 6 - 12days

Europe: 5 - 10 days

Latin America: 6 -8 days

Express shipping has same-day order processing if the order is placed before 1pm ET. 

Where can I find my tracking number?


When your items are shipped, you should receive an email notification with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, it's okay. Contact us and we'll solve it! If you need more detailed information, please shoot us an email at team@comfyorthopedic.com, and we'll help you out!

 Unexpected Delays

 In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control/ weather. 

Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive, and we will work with you to resolve any situation. 

**International Orders, Duties, and Refused Shipments**

For international orders, we do not charge U.S. sales tax at checkout. However, the customer is fully responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT/GST/HST, customs fees, brokerage fees, carrier fees, or other charges required by their country. By placing an international order, the customer agrees to be responsible for all customs-related charges and to ensure the product can be legally imported into their country. If the customer refuses delivery, fails to pay duties or taxes, or does not complete customs clearance, the customer is responsible for the package and any related costs. We will not issue a refund while the package is in transit back to us. A refund will only be considered if the package is physically delivered back to our return address and inspected. If the package is never returned to us, no refund will be issued. Original shipping, return shipping, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, carrier fees, and any other related costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from any approved refund.
